Returns
  • We do not accept returns once the product is sold.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange approval is subject to product availability.
Refunds
  • Refunds are processed only if an exchange is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
