Returns
- We do not accept returns once the product is sold.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product delivered
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange approval is subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if an exchange is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
